Lead Counsel

Nausheen Ahmad is a Barrister at Law with over 30 years of law firm and in house counsel experience in various sectors including Oil & Gas, FMCG, Banking and large scale manufacturing. She has served as Company Secretary and Legal Counsel in ICI Pakistan Ltd and HBL (Pakistan’s largest private sector bank). Nausheen Ahmad serves on the Board of Meezan Bank Ltd which is currently the largest Islamic Bank in Pakistan, International Steel Ltd and Jubilee General Insurance Co Ltd. She teaches director certification programmes at IBA and the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and is visiting faculty at the Institute Of Business Management ( IOBM), and the Karachi School of Business and Leadership.

Nausheen Ahmad is a Master Trainer and a Mediator who qualified from CEDR, UK. She is a founder of the IBA Dispute Resolution Forum.
